Foodie moment

so in the first hour my website was live, I was asked if I would be posting my recipes on here.  So Coco this is for you...

Chocolate Frosting

2 1/2 sticks softened butter

1 cup confectioners sugar

3/4 cup cocoa powder

3/4 cup light corn syrup

8 oz good quality melted semi sweet chocolate/ cooled slightly

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

pinch salt

blend all in a kitchen aid machine with paddle attachment for a few minutes until glossy and combined.  This frosting holds up very well at cool room temperature
